Robert has significant experience in the European football industry, spending the majority of his career, more than 20 years at RSC Anderlecht (Belgium Topclub).

After an extensive playing career of 25 years, Robert gained 7 years of coaching experience in Belgium. He then joined RSC Anderlecht’s Headscouting cell and was Head of Social service and player’s care for 20 years. After that, Robert took on the role of general manager of RSC Anderlecht’s women’s A-team, whom he led to winning the Belgian Championship in 2018.

His scouting expertise is represented by bringing Romelu Lukaku, Jordan Lukaku, Davy Roef, Jonathan Legaer, Michael Heylen, Timothy Derijck, Largie Ramazani, Diamant Ramazani, Albert Sambi Lokonga and many others to Belgium’s top team.
